SLICE™ & SHRINK™ SPECIFIC WARRANTY

In conjunction with the Terms & Conditions posted on this site, the seller warrants that all new and unused SLICE™ & SHRINK™ machines furnished by the seller are free from defect in workmanship and material, as of the time and place of delivery by the seller and that all services furnished by the seller are performed properly under applicable industry standards as of the time and place of performance. All machines shall be subject to tolerances and variations consistent with usual trade practices regarding dimensions, straightness, section, composition, and mechanical properties and normal variations in surface and internal conditions and quality and shall also be subject to deviations from tolerances and variations, consistent with practical testing and inspections.

Seller’s SLICE™ warranty shall be effective for TWO YEARS (but not more than three million machine cycles) and the seller’s SHRINK™ warranty shall be effective for one year both following the date of shipment, or upon completion of the installation if accomplished by the seller’s personnel. Warranty does not include normal “wear parts” such as but not limited to blades, dies, bearings, ball plungers, belts, wheels (rollers). Misuse or improper maintenance of products or components or any alterations or repairs that are not carried out by the seller’s authorised personnel shall not be covered under the warranty and, at the sole discretion of the seller, may void any and all warranties.

ALL OR ANY RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORISATION (RMA) AS PROVIDED BY THE SELLER AND ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 45% RESTOCKING FEE. AMTI PRODUCTS IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUND SHIPMENT ON ALL WARRANTY PARTS.

SERVICE

All AMTI Products’ SLICE™ & SHRINK™ products should be regularly serviced by AMTI Products or one of our authorised Dealers / Distributors as noted on the Contact Us page within this site. Service performed elsewhere may void warranties. Please Contact Us or any of our Dealer / Distributors directly for details.
